The exact date of birth of Meghan Lynn Strand is unknown. She was a Dance Performance major at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. However, she quit dance to pursue a career in journalism. She then obtained a Pilates certification and began working as a trainer at Exhale Mind and Body Spa in Hollywood.
